Volunteer Social Media & Marketing Assistant

Organisation: Lambeth Mediation Service
Location: Flexible / Remote (with occasional local engagement if appropriate)
Time Commitment: Flexible (to be agreed)
Purpose of the Role
Lambeth Mediation Service is seeking a motivated volunteer to support our social media and marketing activity. This role will help raise awareness of our services, promote community engagement, and support our mission to help people resolve conflict constructively.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the creation and scheduling of content for social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Assist with promoting services, events, and training opportunities
  • Help develop  marketing materials (posts, flyers, newsletters, power point presentations)
  • Monitor engagement and suggest ideas to improve reach and impact
  • Ensure content reflects the values, tone, and purpose of a charity mediation service
Skills & Experience
  • Interest in social media, marketing, or communications
  • Good written communication skills
  • Creative, organised, and reliable
  • Sound knowledge of social media platforms
  • An interest in community work, mediation, charities
