Patrick will work closely with Simone Bowman and other Trustees as Vice Chair, supporting ongoing mediation work and working closely with others on a variety of sub-groups including HR and Volunteers and Fundraising. Patrick is a trained Mediator with Steve Hindmarsh and holds a National Certificate in Mediation. He is now also trained by LMS and will be mediating as required along with other volunteers.
