Jacqueline is a qualified civil and commercial mediator who has worked as a volunteer at the Royal Courts of Justice as well as Lambeth Mediation Services, Jacqueline has experience in mediation, conflict resolution and restorative justice. Jacqueline has an MSc in Psychology as well as a masters in European policy and business. She has worked across leisure, education, and sport at the local, national, and international level with experience of high- level meetings and negotiations. She is a fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a member of the Society of Mediators, she has an award-winning MBA and has worked with organisations to provide advice on strategic and governance issues as well as bidding for competitive grants and sponsorship.
