Lambeth Mediation Service provide Community Mediation and Conflict Surgery.
 

LMS Referral Journey 

Referrals are primarily from Lambeth Housing and Housing Association staff.  If you have an issue you think could benefit from Mediation, contact your Housing Officer and ask for a referral to LMS, or you can contact us yourself.  If you are a private rented tenant or owner occupier, you can also contact LMS directly yourself and discuss any issues with us.

All conversations and meetings you have with us are private and what you say is not repeated to anyone else.

If after your conversation, you would like to take things further you can ask for an appointment at a Conflict Surgery.

Our mediators will not blame or judge you or your neighbour’s lifestyle and they will not take sides

Mediation is voluntary

It is up to you if you want to try mediation. Talk to us to find out if you think it could help you. You can decide how far you want to go and you can pull out at any stage

Mediation is cost effective

If you live in Lambeth our neighbour mediation service is freely available to you and there is no charge.
